Salary : The salary on offer is in the range of $76,956.36 to $81,997.24 per annum plus superannuation for full time. As a Public Benevolent Institution (PBI), RACR employees also receive tax-effective salary packaging opportunities, thus significantly increasing the value of your take-home pay.

About the role
Executive Assistant to the Regional Manager and Office Coordinator is a full time, ongoing position based in Deakin, ACT.
Reporting to the ACT & Southern NSW Regional Manager, Executive Assistant & Office Coordinator will provide executive assistance to the ACT & Southern NSW Regional Manager and oversee, maintain and supervise the reception and administration staff for Relationships Australia ACT & Southern NSW Region office. The role is also responsible for day-to-day running of the administrative component of the site, including outreach offices.
To be successful in this role, you are required to possess:
- Demonstrated experience in providing executive assistance to a senior manager.
- Excellent written, oral communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with a diverse range of people and work well in a team environment.
- Demonstrated ability in leading, coordinating, training and supervising a team.
