A cornerstone of its local community, Avondrust Lodge brings together exceptional residential aged care services based on the renowned Eden alternative in aged care. Currently having 72 places, they have exciting plans to care for 120 residents.

Reporting to a capable and supportive Manager, you will be responsible for the operational management and quality of the facility, which embraces the wellbeing of residents in a homelike and empowering environment. Having recently experienced issues with accreditation, it is essential you should be able to instil and uphold the highest standards of clinical care.
The quality of resident care requires a team approach so that you will need to demonstrate leadership and the ability to encourage and promote your staff to develop professionally and as part of the team, guided by the Eden practices.
For this senior opportunity you will need to be a Registered Nurse Div 1 with a current practising certificate and have extensive clinical experience. Previous aged care management experience is essential as well as having a sound understanding of accreditation and ACFI.
