You are a highly organized, professional, dynamic individual with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. You possess experience or knowledge of the Bid Tender process, governance structures and familiarity with tender portals. You are able to uphold confidentiality, sensitivity, discretion and absolute integrity, while building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
You understand what it takes to provide assistance to an Executive Leadership Team and are always ready to go the extra mile to meet deadlines, changing priorities and projects.

About this opportunity
This exciting new role reports to the Director of Business Development who is also the Wellways Company Secretary. The focus of this position are the following two key areas: firstly, providing executive and secretarial administrative support to the Company Secretary/Director Business Development, and secondly, assisting with coordinating inputs into Wellways tendering processes from initiation through to evaluation. The ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders – Business Development Team, Executives and Employees, is critical to this role.
Key focus of this role will be, but is not limited to:
- Provide day to day administrative and secretarial support including preparation of key documents, diary management, travel and accommodation, meeting arrangements, and efficient and confidential handling of telephone calls and emails.
- Provide high quality administrative and technical assistance with tender projects including identifying/escalating any sensitive or high-risk situations that may arise in tender projects.
What do you need?
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in preferably both an Executive Assistant role and in Bid Tender processes and coordination
- Solid experience and skills in the provision of administrative and projects support, preferably in the Not for Profit environment
- Excellent tender writing skills and knowledge of MS Office applications
- Satisfactory National Police Check, Working with Children’s Check and Evidence of Working Rights is mandatory prior to commencement.
