We are looking for a skilled, passionate individual who embodies the Family Life Way principles to deliver trauma informed support to our clients and achieve positive outcomes for communities.

The position
The General Manager Community Engagement is a full time position based across our Sandringham and Cheltenham sites. The position reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and is a member of the Executive Group.
The General Manager Community Engagement leads a growing shared services business unit including community facing activities to promote the brand and reputation of Family Life and enable engagement of customers, volunteers, donors and supporters.
The position is responsible for ensuring that Family Life’s vision, purpose, and strategic outcomes are achieved in a consistent and integrated way, and that our organisational values are promoted and celebrated.
