The Role:

As our cherished team members, you will be responsible for quality community based services, to our NDIS participants. This will involve home or centre based assessment, living skills training, home modification and equipment prescription following the participants prescribed NDIS Support Plan.

You will value interacting with other professionals and thrive on working within a supportive culture founded on teamwork, integrity and social responsibility. To be successful in this role you have;

  • Demonstrated experience in the delivery of Occupational Therapy services, preferably in the community;
  • The ability to work successfully across a multi-disciplinary service and with a wide range of diverse client groups;
  • Sound decision making skills with a focus on identifying and understanding issues, strengths and opportunities that inform the future NDIS Support Plan; and
  • Committed to community participation and ongoing engagement with consumers.
