In this key role, you will lead the IT function, ensuring technology drives the achievement of the organisation’s key strategic objectives. You will oversee the architecture of all technology systems, driving business improvement through strategic technology solutions. Your role will also oversee IT operations, ensuring effective IT service delivery to a geographically dispersed workforce.
Drawing on your leadership capabilities and breadth of IT experience, you will coach and manage a team of software developers, systems administrators, IT specialists and data and reporting analysts. You will provide and maintain a robust and secure network environment, ensuring overall data integrity and security, provide web application support and undertake key projects as required utilising applicable project methodologies.
The successful candidate will be tertiary qualified, have at least 5+ years experience managing a complex IT environment for a mid to large organisation. You will be technically savvy and having sound knowledge and expertise in all aspects of IT infrastructure including CRM systems and cloud technologies. You will have proven experience managing large scale technology projects throughout their lifecycle and know how to set priorities and meet deadlines. Your ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally will be vital for this role as will your willingness to be hands on when required.
