About the organisation
The Victorian Responsible Gambling Foundation is a statutory authority, established in 2011. Our mission is to improve the health and wellbeing of Victorians by working with communities and government to deliver effective, evidence-based initiatives to reduce and prevent gambling harm and provide support for those seeking help. We take a public health approach to our work, which means we focus on prevention, early intervention and support for Victorians who are particularly vulnerable to gambling harm, including in outer metropolitan, regional and rural communities.
About the role
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this exciting new position will play a pivotal role in leading and delivering the Foundation’s comprehensive digital and social media engagement strategies. A strong focus of the role will be on coordinating digital marketing activity for strategic campaigns and priority initiatives, writing, editing and publishing social media and website content, and coordinating SEM and SEO activities. The position will also monitor social media trends and report on digital performance and engagement.
About you
You are a creative and proactive communication professional with experience writing and creating digital content for a diverse range of target audiences. You will also have experience planning and coordinating digital marketing activities and materials for paid, earned and owned channels, including SEM/SEO web advertising, social and web content.
To succeed in the role you will have excellent relationship management skills and the ability to work collaboratively and flexibly with multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
