About the roles

Two Direct Marketing roles exist, one focusing on Donor Acquisition and the other on Donor Retention.

Reporting to the Manager Direct Mail, your role within the fundraising team will be responsible for managing national, multi-channel direct marketing campaigns with the goal of delivering better efficiencies, donor experience and revenue to support our Mission. You will not only assist with the development of the Direct Mail budget (managing income and expenditure), investigate and test new digital methods, manage supplier and contractor relationships and work closely with the Data Analytics team to implement data segmentation strategies- but your expertise in post campaign analysis and management will ensure that your implementing of a 12-month plan for Acquisition or Retention Direct Mail campaigns will deliver growth in revenue and donors.

About You

Would you like to work in an organisation that is committed to transforming lives? You will need at least five years’ experience in a Direct Fundraising or Direct Marketing role, with a strong knowledge of theoretical, analytical and practical principles. Ideally you have at least a Diploma level qualification in Marketing or Fundraising, have a strong knowledge of Relationship/Loyalty program management and implementation, a proven ability to develop and deliver engaging content that supports marketing and communication requirements, as well as the understanding of customer retention with an interest to learn about strategies to increase lifetime value.
