About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic communicator to join BirdLife Australia’s Development Team!
In this exciting new role you will be responsible for developing a program of donor centric communications, acknowledgement and recognition for our many thousands of donors. You will have the opportunity to assist our donors develop a deep affinity with BirdLife Australia and increasing their awareness and commitment to BirdLife Australia’s conservation, research and advocacy work.
The Donor Stewarding Coordinator will develop and oversee engagements plan for key groups of BirdLife supporters such as first time and mid-level donors – encouraging both groups to continue to support our work again and increasing the lifetime value of these supporters.
Working closely with the Development Manager on the BirdLife Australia Bequest Program you’ll assist with developing a communications strategy for our bequestors so they remain updated on the work we do. You will co-ordinate follow-up engagement with supporters who have expressed an interest in leaving a gift in their Will to BirdLife Australia.
