We are now seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Housing Services Advisor to join our team located in Adelaide CBD until June 2020.
Reporting to the Manager, Customer and Community Relations, the Housing Services Advisor is responsible for the delivery of a first response customer service to assess and resolve enquires, requests and complaints, primarily on the telephone.
You will have previous customer service experience, and a demonstrated high level of communication skills will be essential for this role.
You will need to develop excellent working relationships and show empathy and commitment to those experiencing social disadvantage.
You will have experience demonstrating an ability to work autonomously, have excellent time management skills and be highly organised. You will also be able to successfully pass the relevant history assessment and clearance check from the Department of Human Services Screening Unit.
