The Role

YWCA Australia is currently seeking a tech-savvy, dedicated, values driven People & Culture Coordinator who isn’t afraid of a rapidly changing and growing environment to join our national Human Resources function.  This role is offered on a maximum term one year contract and is based in our Sydney CBD location.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to broaden their human resources skillset and work alongside a passionate group of HR professionals.  As a HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting us establish and maintaining best practice digital and systems processes.  During an average week, the People & Culture Coordinator is involved in the full suite of HR generalist responsibilities including recruitment and attraction, contracts and other HR documents, pre-employment screening, and working with the People & Culture Business Partners to ensure employees receive quality advice and support.  Our ideal candidate will be comfortable with a degree of autonomy over administrative based tasks and enjoy working within a collaborative framework for more complex queries or as a contributor to HR project work.

The next 12 months will be a busy, exciting time for us as we establish best practice systems and processes, and we would love the right person to join our team.
