Southern Cross Care NSW & ACT (SCC) supports and empowers older Australians in 31 residential aged care homes, 29 retirement communities and home-based care services throughout metropolitan Sydney, regional NSW and the ACT. The Role

Reporting to the General Manager, People & Culture and Marketing & Communications, you will work collaboratively with the CEO and the executive team to lead the Marketing & Communications function and team in support of the organisation’s strategic plan.  Your role will involve collaboration with others to develop and deliver:
  

  • Marketing & communications strategy
  • Promotional marketing campaigns
  • Digital marketing effectiveness
  • Brand and external communications
  • Crisis and media management
  • Internal communications that support employee engagement

  

Skills Required
  
You are currently a marketing leader with broad experience covering many of the above areas, ideally in an Aged Care or related human services setting. Reporting to the role will be a team of 3 specialists, therefore experience managing others and the ability to be ‘hands-on’ where required, will be important.
  
You will have a strong track record of delivering successful marketing outcomes through a methodical approach. Your ability to collaborate and partner with business leaders will be absolutely fundamental to your success.
