We are currently seeking an experienced receptionist/administration assistant to provide front of house reception and administration support to our Heidelberg and Thomastown sites. This position requires a friendly, courteous and efficient receptionist/administration assistant who will undertake a range of administrative duties in a team environment to contribute to the overall effectiveness of the Administration internal function.

What would you be doing?

  • You will be front of house, greeting our clients and families and provide a welcoming environment
  • While working closely with key stakeholders across the agency, you will ensure our teams are well supported in the important work that they carry out in terms of administration support
  • You will champion a customer service approach in all that you do

Does this sound like you?

As a committed and dedicated professional who believes in the work we do in strengthening the lives of families, children and young people, you’ll have a certificate or Diploma in Administration/Customer Service or relevant field. You will hold experience in providing reception and administrative support and ability to work after hours. Your advanced knowledge in using the Microsoft suite of programs will be well utilised. You will have exceptional customer service skills and excellent organisational skills. You will be able to demonstrate your proactive problem-solving skills and improve processes by identifying innovative and best practice solutions to ensure the delivery of quality administrative support.
