This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated professional to develop and deliver the training and administration needs of the Fundraising Department. The role is 60% operational and 40% training.

About the role

Reporting to the Manager, Donor Analytics and Insights, you will be responsible for assessing, developing and delivering the training needs of the Fundraising Department in the use of the CRM system, Online Portal and other systems customised to enhance supporter experience. Your responsibilities will include;

  • Identifying the training needs of all users involved with the CRM/Online Portal in order to develop and deliver appropriate training modules and learning materials
  • Working as part of the CRM team alongside administrators supporting operations on days when training is not scheduled
  • Providing and coordinating face-to-face and virtual training for users nationally
  • Assessing effectiveness of training provided by seeking feedback from participants and developing future modules based on responses received

About You

You possess

  • Demonstrated experience in the delivery of training to medium-sized groups using appropriate tools and aids
  • Relevant qualifications in Workplace Training (e.g. Certificate IV in Training and Assessment)
  • Excellent communication skills when explaining highly technical terms to non-technical stakeholders
  • A strong understanding of team service delivery objectives and your own impact on achieving these
  • The ability to communicate and build rapport with a diverse range of internal/external stakeholders
  • Expertise in Blackbaud and Blackbaud products is desirable
