About the role
To develop a solid foundation upon which AS Purposeful can commence providing services to clients
Key deliverables
Comprehensive suite of operational and governance policies and procedures
Suite of relevant internal processes to support current and future employees and volunteers
Master Services Agreement and relevant secondary Agreements
Accounting framework and processes
Board reporting framework
Draft marketing plan
