Reporting to the National Director of Employment Plus you will be a key member of the executive management team, providing strategic leadership for all jobactive employment services and complimentary programs to ensure effective service delivery across the country. You will develop a culture of continuing improvement; ensure contract compliance; promote business growth and opportunity across all operational areas, whilst displaying exemplary leadership and people management skills.
For this pivotal role you will need demonstrated experience in senior management and business leadership, the ability to analyse opportunities to integrate services and programs, and the capacity to provide strategic direction to Employment Plus to improve performance and maximise business growth.
A background in employment services is essential.
