PAA Victoria is the peak professional association for public sector professionals across all three levels of government in Victoria; as well as those in the community, tertiary education and corporate sectors who work with the public sector. About the role
IPAA Victoria is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic training and education professional to drive the implementation of the new professional development program strategy.
Your excellent relationship management skills will see you engaging and collaborating with partners and potential partners across the public, corporate and tertiary education sectors to drive and develop delivery of programs tailored to meet the needs of these sectors. Informed by knowledge gained from this extensive collaboration, you will be able to develop business cases to support new directions, backed by data collected that has measured the performance and success of our programs
Tapping into your creative side, we will encourage you to contribute to designing avenues for our programs to be applied to a range of educational technologies. A Learning Management System approach to service delivery is a priority IPAA Victoria would like to apply your expertise to
Skills and experience
Bachelor degree in the area of Education and Learning, Human Resources, Business Systems and/or Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.Public sector knowledge is
Experience in designing and delivering learning solutions for complex organisations.
Understanding of the Australian Qualifications Framework and competency frameworks.
