Our client, ACS Financial are a financial services company dedicated to specifically servicing the Church, Charitable, School and Ministry Sectors.  Established for over 25 years, they have forged an excellent reputation in providing quality Insurance, lending and investment solutions to their clients nationally and they are now looking to continue to further expand their reach into these sectors.

They are seeking to appoint a talented communications professional (recent graduate with 1 – 3 years’ experience) to join their marketing team and build, implement and manage their integrated marketing and communications strategy. A key aspect of this role is the ability to communicate aspects of complex and technical financial products and services to a non-technical or financial client base. You will have a particular focus on their corporate communications including online marketing, website, social media, events, sponsorships, reports, newsletters, EDM’s and corporate collateral.

You will also;

  • Work closely with the business and management team to develop and implement targeted communications strategies for conferences and sponsorships.
  • Report back on the effectiveness of corporate communications.
  • Coordinate and develop product specific communication campaigns.
  • Manage the content release approval process
  • Work closely with all the business units to generate relevant up to date content for Blogs, magazines, e-DM’s and the website.
  • Seek opportunities to enhance the reputation of the brand, and coordinate publicity events as required, and
  • Other marketing duties as required.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in corporate communications and possess a strong understanding of and alignment to the Christian Church sector in Australia. You will be a gifted communications specialist who has a strong knowledge of marketing, branding and social media. You will be strongly aligned to the Christian values of this organisation which is part of a broader Christian community and be tertiary qualified in marketing communications and or/digital or social media.

We will also consider part time candidates or candidates who are seeking flexible hours.
