About the role

Are you someone with highly developed interpersonal skills, looking for variety and to build a set of valuable and tangible skills?

Join IPAA Victoria team at an exciting time as we work to deliver two ambitious initiatives in our Professional Learning & Development team: our new programs strategy and our Integrity and Ethical Leadership Program.

The programs coordinator is a multifaceted role for an individual wishing to extend and build on their experience in administration, governance and event and professional learning and development coordination.

You’ll join a driven and supportive team and work in areas such as stakeholder management, governance and committee support, event / program delivery, meeting management, project and programs support, marketing collaboration and other activities to support the organisation.

The ideal candidate will have the following key skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in the support and management of committees/projects
  • Exceptional organisational, communication, multitasking and time management skills
  • Experience in event conceptualisation, management and delivery
  • High proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite
