Senior Director, Operations – UNSW Philanthropy

The Opportunity
Reporting to the Vice President Philanthropy, the Senior Director, Operations is a key member of the leadership team with responsibility for driving fundraising and engagement results through the provision of integrated, high-quality services that enhance the experience of UNSW donors, alumni and community members.
You will oversee an overall team of 25+ across the Division’s operations and services functions, including the customer relationship management system (The Raiser’s Edge), donor services, prospect research and management, and analytics & reporting.
About the successful applicant
You are an experienced senior leader with expertise in strategic operations, a commitment to innovation, problem solving and driving fundraising results, and a proven ability to drive high performance.
You will lead the Philanthropy Operations team to deliver excellence in information management, analytics and reporting, prospect development, gift processing and donor services. You will lead and facilitate strategic planning, contribute to campaign strategies, and oversee a portfolio of complex projects.
