Reporting to a skills-based board, you will help to develop and implement growth strategies, oversee the delivery of quality housing services, and ensure the housing enterprise receives effective business support services. You will provide sound leadership to approximately 60 staff and ensure effective stakeholder relationships with sector partners, government, corporates, philanthropic supporters and other arms of The Salvation Army. This pivotal CEO role requires a highly ethical leader with significant senior executive experience in the social, community or related services sectors. Current knowledge of the social housing sector would be very highly regarded, although experienced executives from sectors with significant property development or management responsibilities, e.g. aged care or community health, are encouraged to apply.
