About the role
Reporting to the Board of Directors, the successful candidate will need to be a transformative and empowering leader who can add momentum to our development while promoting a warm and inclusive people oriented culture. You will need to display excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills, with a demonstrated ability to consult, influence and liaise with internal and external stakeholders from a variety of backgrounds and experiences. Experience and relevant qualification in the social or disability services sectors will be required, as too experience and a demonstrable track record in high level organisational, operational and financial control at a CEO, deputy CEO or senior management level. A sound knowledge of the NDIS, legislative and policy framework and current and emerging challenges relating to the Disability Services sector, or the ability to rapidly acquire such knowledge, will also be important.
