About the Role

The role requires a skilled and well organized individual with experience in data entry and a close attention to detail. They must have experience in managing competing priorities and with working as part of a small team. The successful candidate will value working collaboratively on a global programme with opportunities to work with diverse stakeholders from around the world. Experience working in the not-for-profit sector is an advantage.

The successful candidate will support the work of the Finance and Administration Manager to ensure that sound financial management systems are established and maintained at TI Australia. They will report to the Finance and Administration Manager and will be responsible for entering data and implementing finance processes.

To be successful in this role, the Finance Clerk (Data Entry) will (key competencies):

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role;
  • Experience in data entry for complex projects reporting to donors;
  • Proficiency in using current finance IT platforms such as Xero and Expensify; 
  • Fluency (written and spoken) in English, with additional languages (Spanish and/ or French) an asset.
