TFN connects people in need with those who care, through our live pitch-and-pledge crowdfunding events. About the role
The Role
At The Funding Network we work and win as one team, we’re agile and we’re accountable. For this unique opportunity, we are looking for a leader to join the Senior Leadership team who is operational, results-focussed with a natural ability to lead and energise a team.
Reporting to, and as deputy to the CEO, the General Manager is pivotal to the successful delivery of the business strategy. With specific leadership focus on business development, operations and program delivery, the role is responsible for driving the quality implementation of flagship events and fee-for-service business activity; building and managing client relationships and delivering digital and technical innovation through IT, operations and marketing.

As a natural problem solver, you will relish the opportunity to demonstrate your proven track record in strategic thinking and showcasing your strong commercial acumen. Naturally, you will possess strong organisational skills and attention to detail, coupled with your ability to multi-task and liaise with various stakeholders.
