About the role
The P & C team is pivotal to attracting, retaining and developing highly skilled professionals to support these vital services to our community. The P & C Health and Wellbeing Partner will be responsible for assisting the Manager People and Culture to implement and maintain the organisation’s health and wellbeing initiatives to ensure Cafs is recognised as an Employer of Choice. The role will support Cafs people with work and non-work related injury management to ensure capacity and capability across Cafs. The role will also be required to undertake project work from time to time. This is a rare opportunity to join a local not-for-profit organisation whose focus is to give back to the community in which it operates.
Qualifications, Training and Experience
We offer a unique opportunity for an accredited WorkSafe Return to Work Coordinator with 3 years’ experience to join our rapidly growing and knowledgeable team. You will hold tertiary qualifications (Certificate IV, Diploma or Degree) in HR, OHS, WHS, Personal Injury Management or other relevant field. Ideally you will also have training and solid experience in conducting workstation assessments.
