Reporting to the CEO, the Digital Marketing Manager will be the Foundation’s second paid employee. They will necessarily have broad accountabilities spanning marketing/digital/eDM campaign coordination; social media, CRM and website management; stakeholder communication; SEO and paid search, and the development of content, media releases and materials for diverse audiences/channels. The appointee will also measure and evaluate campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.
This is an exciting opportunity to align your digital, marketing and communication experience with your deep-seated desire to make a sustainable difference to the lives of young, disadvantaged or marginalised LGBTIQ+ people in this critical, ground-up role. While not essential, applications from suitably qualified members of the LGBTIQ+ community are strongly encouraged.
About the organisation
The Pinnacle Foundation is a national charity that provides educational scholarships and mentoring support to marginalised or disadvantaged LGBTIQ+ young adults across Australia. With a national board, management team and committees in every state and the ACT, the Foundation is focused on raising its profile, building and effectively engaging its individual and corporate donor bases, and ensuring it operates efficiently and effectively to identify and engage scholars and mentors.
