About the role
Reporting to the Vice President Philanthropy, the Director of Operations is a key member of the leadership team with responsibility for driving fundraising and engagement results through the provision of integrated, high-quality services that enhance the experience of UNSW donors, alumni and community members.
You will lead the Philanthropy Operations team to deliver excellence in information management, analytics and reporting, prospect development, gift processing and donor services. This will include facilitating strategic planning, contributing to campaign strategies, and overseeing a portfolio of complex projects.
An experienced senior leader with expertise in strategic Advancement operations, your commitment to innovation, problem solving and driving fundraising results will be matched with your proven ability to drive high performance.
