About the Role

Anchor has three Directors’ positions available on its Board.

We are seeking a Chair of Nominations Committee and member of our Board.  You will need to be passionate about helping people build a brighter future, have a suite of generalist HR skills and a strongly demonstrated interest in governance.  As leader of the Nominations Committee, you’ll help take Anchor to the next level in equity and diversity, including indigenous reconciliation.

We are also seeking a Director with specific equity and diversity expertise, including indigenous reconciliation.  You will be passionate about helping people build a brighter future and have a recognised qualification in HR or a related discipline.  You will make a key contribution to our RAP process and help us to make Anchor a place of opportunity and support for people of any background.

Finally, Anchor is seeking a Director with partnership and fundraising expertise.  You’ll need to be passionate about helping people build a brighter future and have demonstrated ability at the strategic level with major donors.  If you have a track record in helping organisations build their partnership base, this is a governance opportunity which will align your experience with a compelling cause.
