  • Part-time (0.9 FTE), fixed-term role (until January 2020)

We are currently seeking a passionate person to join the dedicated case management team at our Southbank site. Launch Housing Southbank is a 51 bed crisis accommodation service, providing support to people onsite and in the community who are experiencing homelessness. Southbank is a fast-paced workplace, aiming to achieve positive housing and life outcomes for all our clients. The Enhanced Engagement Support Worker role involves providing intensive, medium-long term case management to clients experiencing homelessness along with significant health, mental health, AOD, disability and/or trauma needs.

To be successful in this role, you will have experience providing case management services to people with high and complex needs and experience supporting people experiencing homelessness.
