About the role
Human Resources (HR) Officer is an ongoing, part-time (0.6 FTE, 45 hrs a fortnight) position based in Deakin, ACT.
The HR Officer is responsible to support the HR Manager in providing effective timely HR advice to staff and managers and coordinating various Human Resource functions and projects while contributing to continuous improvement of the HR function.
To be successful in this role, you are required to possess:
- A tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Minimum of three years’ experience covering a range of generalist HR functions.
- Knowledge and demonstrated ability to understand and interpret employment related legislation and documents.

Salary & Benefits
The salary on offer is in the range of $76,956.36 to $81,997.24 per annum plus superannuation for full time. As a Public Benevolent Institution (PBI), RACR employees also receive tax-effective salary packaging opportunities, thus significantly increasing the value of your take-home pay.
According to the RACR Enterprise Agreement, the successful candidate will have access to generous leave provisions, annual leave loading, special paid leave during annual holiday shutdown period and flexible working arrangements.
