About the role
The Role
Reporting to the CEO, this post is responsible for providing leadership development and strategic guidance to PGC in all areas of Human Resource Management and in accordance with the relevant industrial instruments and regulations and PGC organisational policies and procedures.
Key responsibilities across the portfolio will include:

- Financial Management
- Quality & Governance
The role also works closely as part of the Executive Team.
To succeed in this role you will need:
Qualification
- Tertiary qualifications in the human resources management, industrial relations, psychology or similar
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Solid knowledge of relevant IR and Workplace legislation and relevant awards
- Demonstrated experience in recruiting, managing, developing, coaching and retaining individuals and teams
- Extensive experience in human resources generalist roles, advising at the executive level, driving change and industrial relations
- Demonstrated strategic planning and decision-making skills
- Ability to influence and develop leaders in addressing capability gaps and promote and develop a learning culture
- Demonstrated ability to manage organisational change programs and provide change consultancy to key stakeholders
- Able to provide innovative and specialist advice to leaders on complex issues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
Registrations and Licences
- National Police Clearance – no older than 3 months
- Current WA Driver’s license
- Current Working with Children Check
