Social Futures seeks an experienced HR professional to join the People & Culture Team who will be responsible for coordinating and providing quality HR information, advice and support to Managers, Team Leaders and employees across a range of strategic and operational People & Culture initiatives to create high levels of employee engagement, performance and wellbeing. Initiatives include structure, leadership, attraction and retention, culture, workforce wellbeing, capability and diversity within the workplace. This role is responsible for ensuring quality and consistent employment related documentation, internal and external reporting and management of key employee databases.
This is a fast paced, hands-on role in a busy, dynamic environment which is going through a significant period of growth and change.
The position will need a broad understanding of all HR related functions.
