The Organisation
Energy Consumers Australia is an independent advocacy body promoting the long term interests of energy consumers with respect to the price, quality, safety, reliability and security of the supply of energy services.
ECA enable residential and small business energy consumers to have their voices heard by working with other consumer groups to gather evidence based research and feed it back to the market, via key national view points, to influence outcomes.

The Role
Reporting to the Director Governance and Corporate, this role has responsibility across governance and corporate services particularly in finance, contracts and human resources; providing process and administration support. A focus of the role is managing proposals and purchase orders, plus assisting with Compliance, HR admin and contract management.
Skills Required
You will be an accomplished office support professional who works well in a collaborative environment. High levels of autonomy, attention to detail and initiative are essential for this role. Your planning skills enable you to prioritise your varied work load and also meet regular reporting deadlines. Experience in providing financial support, including credit card reconciliations, invoice data entry using MYOB and Office 365 will be well regarded.
To be considered for this opportunity, you will be able to demonstrate:
• Experience in a similar varied role supporting finance and coordinating tenders and contracts
• Capability in providing HR administration, including recruitment, staff inductions and maintaining manuals
• Maintaining corporate policies and procedures.
