About the role
The Team
Caritas Australia Fundraising Team is a dynamic, talented group of people dedicated to achieving results to help those living in poverty. The team is growing, creating new opportunities and exploring new fundraising initiatives. It’s an exciting time to join this passionate and professional team.
Your Role
As part of the Fundraising Group, your role will involve:
- Driving national community fundraising campaigns such as Women for the World, Caritas K’s, Caritas Kitchen, community fundraisers and peer to peer fundraising.
- Creating strategies to drive fundraising initiatives and accompanying marketing plans, comms plans and donor journeys.
- End to end delivery of community fundraising Gala events.
- Supporting new and existing relationships to ensure strong donor stewardship and stakeholder management. Creating great relationships is your role!
- Delivery of the Project Compassion International and National speakers’ program.
Your Capabilities

- Manage event and speaker program planning, logistics, suppliers and delivery.
