Can you use your influencing and rapport building skills to build relationships that generate referrals for our innovative Total Care model?

Your Side has already grown significantly since we launched Total Care in 2017. We are ready to go to the next level, and are looking for a Customer Engagement Consultant to turbo charge our successful growth strategy.
You will build a strong pipeline of new customers for our network of services by ensuring support co-ordinators and other disability and aged care professionals know why referring people to Your Side will help relieve the burden of co-ordinating care and support, growing our customer base.
You combine values with results. You are motivated, outgoing, and have some experience with sales or relationship management.
Your communication skills are strong and authentic both one to one and to groups.
