The Royal Flying Doctor Service South Eastern Section (RFDSSE) is a leading provider of vital health care, education, emergency evacuation and retrieval services to people living, working and travelling in remote, rural and regional communities across south eastern Australia.

Duties

  • Implement a bequest strategy including promotion and retention
  • Liaise with supporters and donors relating to planned giving and bequests
  • Identify innovative approaches to enhance the donor pipeline
  • Develop strong relationships with supporters, bequestors, executors and trustees
  • Implement end to end supporter stewardship plans
  • Arrange and attend face to face meetings with donors across the Sydney metro area

Skills required

  • Ability to generate and build strong supporter/customer relationships via phone and face to face
  • Success in a relationship management or business development role
  • Experience in customer identification and research
  • Experience utilising best practice communication tools
  • Implementing surveys and articulating cases for support
  • Ability to analyse data trends to assist with forecasting revenue
