The Royal Flying Doctor Service South Eastern Section (RFDSSE) is a leading provider of vital health care, education, emergency evacuation and retrieval services to people living, working and travelling in remote, rural and regional communities across south eastern Australia.

Duties
- Implement a bequest strategy including promotion and retention
- Liaise with supporters and donors relating to planned giving and bequests
- Identify innovative approaches to enhance the donor pipeline
- Develop strong relationships with supporters, bequestors, executors and trustees
- Implement end to end supporter stewardship plans
- Arrange and attend face to face meetings with donors across the Sydney metro area
Skills required
- Ability to generate and build strong supporter/customer relationships via phone and face to face
- Success in a relationship management or business development role
- Experience in customer identification and research
- Experience utilising best practice communication tools
- Implementing surveys and articulating cases for support
- Ability to analyse data trends to assist with forecasting revenue
