Hagar International delivers programmes in Cambodia, Vietnam, Singapore and Afghanistan, and has support offices around the world.
About the role
Group Manager – Grant Acquisition
Reporting directly to the CEO of Hagar International, the Group Manager Grant Acquisition is responsible for exceptional donor prepositioning and tender writing, proposal development and bid management. You will provide technical expertise as well as practical support and input of the planning, writing and coordination for the grant proposals. You will ensure high standards in the drafting of grant submissions, incorporating input from relevant Hagar personnel to ensure that all grant submissions are aligned to the Hagar strategy and requirements while providing a high likelihood of success.
You will thrive working in a dynamic environment with the capacity to influence and keep a range of people at different levels, in a variety of locations, on track to ensure deadlines are met. You will be well organised, be adept at developing and adherence to effective systems and be an excellent writer. Additionally, your patience, respectful assertiveness along with good humour will help you succeed in this role.
