An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and experienced NDIS Manager with Senior Clinician or Project Management skills to lead Star Health’s NDIS Programs. We are seeking to tailor the role to suit the skills of the right candidate.

In addition to supporting NDIS services is the opportunity for senior clinical work based upon your professional discipline or organisational project leadership for non-clinical candidates.

The position will innovate and further develop a sustainable and quality NDIS service which meets consumer need across NDIS Services in children’s therapeutic services, psycho-social disability and adult allied health services. You will be responsible for supporting NDIS services across the organisation including a small team of direct reports.

You will play an important part in strategically building Star Health’s NDIS services.

To be suitable for the role you will possess the following:

• Well demonstrated positive leadership skills.
• Degree in a relevant clinical or management related area or equivalent experience.
• High level skills in diverse stakeholder management.
• Strong commitment to the social model of health and consumer-led care.
• Knowledge of the NDIS and excellent communication skills.
