About the role
Children and Young People with Disability Australia (CYDA) has an exciting opportunity for a Policy and Program Adviser to join us and play a pivotal role in supporting children and young people and their families/carers by building capability in National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) self-management and providing strategic policy advice.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Policy and Program Adviser will provide project management for an innovative National Disability Insurance Agency, Information Linkages and Capacity Building (ILC) project which aims to strengthen the capability of families of children and young people with disability to undertake NDIS self-management of funds. The Policy and Program Adviser will also contribute to the work of CYDA in relation to policy analysis and advice on issues of relevance to children and young people with disability.
