With a 40 year history, we are the “go to” organisation for primary health information and person-centred services in the outer and rural north of Melbourne.
We are currently recruiting for a Family Violence Outreach Worker.
Let’s talk about the role:
The Family Violence Outreach Worker works with families and children to provide risk assessments, family and safety action plans, case management, referrals, advocacy and support. The emphasis in this role is to support women.

Let’s talk about you:
You have relevant experience working with women directly affected by Family Violence in a trauma related setting. You thrive in a fast paced and changing environment, and obtain satisfaction from supporting vulnerable clients to formulate and achieve their goals. You’ll draw upon your tertiary qualifications and experience in social work, psychology or welfare to give our clients the high quality of care they deserve.
