The Alannah & Madeline Foundation is a national charity protecting children from violence and bullying. Our vision is that every child will live in a safe and supportive environment. The Foundation cares for children who have experienced or witnessed violence and runs programs which prevent violence in the lives of children. We play an advocacy role and we’re a voice against childhood violence.

The role:
Reporting to the General Manager, Communications & Fundraising, this exciting new role has accountability for delivery of the Foundation’s corporate partnership acquisition and retention strategy.
This position has accountability and responsibility for:
- Proactively maintaining and developing existing and new strategic corporate partnerships.
- Providing commercial acumen, business and strategic expertise to scope opportunities that will contribute to future growth.
- Leading, coaching and developing a high performing team of three (one Sydney-based).
- Managing budgets to achieve best ROI, with responsibility for all set corporate development and partnership targets.
- Meeting agreed revenue targets.
Skills and Experience include:
- Experienced marketer, fundraiser and/or business development specialist (minimum ten years), preferably in a non-profit organisation.
- At least 5 years’ experience leading people in effective and motivated team.
- Formal qualification in marketing or business (desirable).
- The ability to think strategically and translate high level strategic objectives into clear and succinct operational plans.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong and enduring relationships with corporate stakeholders.
