Job Description
- Developing acquisition, retention and growth marketing strategies in order to secure sustainable revenue
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective and existing philanthropic support
- Manage the philanthropic donor journey
- Prepare high quality applications and grant bids whilst ensuring that grant funding criteria are adhered to
- Create and manage a pro-active program of bequest giving
- Contribute to the strategy for the individual and regular giving programs
The Successful Applicant
- Able to demonstrable experience in appropriate methods of cultivating, managing and maintaining high level relationships
- Proven ability in setting, tracking and achieving targets
- Proven track record in the preparation of bid, application and proposal documents;
- Ability to provide high-level reporting and acquittal processes, including the preparation of evidence-based outcome and impact statements;
- Able to confidently manage confidential and sensitive stakeholder relationships
