Where do you fit into this?

We are looking for an experienced and passionate professional to help develop and embed our competency framework across the agency. The main focus is to identify all key competencies needed within all areas of work, by liaising directly with our professional teams. The competency framework will be key to supporting all stages of the employee life cycle, with recruitment, probationary processes, supervision and annual appraisal processes measured against the competencies identified.

In doing so, this will develop an environment where all employees can do their best work, feel heard, receive open communication and feel valued.

Does this sound like you?

You need to be very passionate about learning and development and hold tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management and/or Learning and Development (Training). A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment would also be very beneficial. A background in community services or not for profit will be very highly regarded. This role will ensure there is a high level of collaboration with all disciplines across the agency and as such will need to have exceptional interpersonal skills. You will also hold extraordinary IT skills and be comfortable in developing training programs and delivering them to your audience.
