About the role
The Membership Assistant and Team Coordinator works directly with the Membership Manager to deliver a range of events and projects for our members. The role requires a high degree of organisation, attention to detail, data base management and customer service orientation. Responsibilities range from the small details that make a difference to functions, to helping deliver major fundraising events to producing and analysing post event data.
In addition to event support, the role supports all members engagement functions including committee meetings, membership queries and member management. The ‘team coordination’ responsibilities reflect a team approach to supporting other areas as workload demands.
The role will suit a team player with 2 years work experience, and a relevant TAFE or University qualification. You must have the right to work in Australia.
People of all backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
