About the role
The People and Culture Manager works across all levels of the organisation providing an informed, professional and efficient service on all aspects of human resources management and strategy, as determined by the General Manager, Operations. This includes partnering with senior staff to identify Human Resource priorities and recommend appropriate people management solutions in relation to organisational development, culture and change to deliver outcomes and manage issues.
The position involves providing expert HR advice to Senior Executives. The People and Culture Manager ensures that the delivery of programs and initiatives is closely aligned with CNV’s vision and goals. The position is required to supervise a team of staff to ensure exceptional standards of customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Managing the human element of organisational change initiatives and programs whilst balancing several layers of change;
- Managing competing priorities, deadlines and inputs from multiple teams to deliver quality human resources guidance with a view to influencing positive outcomes;
- Driving continuous development to move CNV to a position which reflect a high performing culture;
- To maintain effective communication and professional interpersonal relationships within a complex and busy organisational environment.
