About the role

About the opportunity

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Placement Support Worker to join our team. Working within our Sibling Support and Placement Services team the role of the Placement Support Worker is to provide high quality support, assessment and case management to children/young people and their carers (foster or kinship) on any given day.

About you

The right candidate will provide outcome based support to children and young people and focus on the individual needs of clients. You will be a great communicator, have a Diploma in Youth Work or equivalent, experience in the community services field of support children out of home and and have a current driver’s license. A preference for working within a collaborative team environment, cultural awareness and client focused are qualities that will succeed in the role.
