About the role:
The Quality and Systems Lead Coordinator is responsible for the efficient and effective coordination and implementation of Quality Management Systems and Quality Improvement activities for Baptcare’s Family and Community Services (Victoria and Tasmania). The Lead Coordinator will support continuous quality improvement in the quality of care and service provision by assisting all work groups to develop and maintain plans that are focused on the continuum of care processes which aim to maximise the outcomes for all clients and customers.
Skills and qualifications:
• Quality management
• Auditing and reviews
• Systems management
• Stakeholder engagement
• 5 years demonstrated experience in quality and the development, implementation and review of quality management systems
• Diploma or Tertiary qualification in a discipline relevant to Quality, Business Administration, Business Management or Human Services
