About the role
The primary focus of The Song Room’s revenue raising team is to build a diverse, highly engaged group of co-investors who support The Song Room in delivering impactful, sustainable and scalable approaches to Arts Learning.
The Strategic Fundraising Manager is key to develop and deliver a diversified and growing income base that will enable The Song Room to achieve its mission in levelling the learning playing field for all Australian young people. Securing a well-defined balance of tied and untied income will ensure that The Song Room reaches its ambitious growth targets.

The Song Room is a nimble, entrepreneurial for–purpose organisation that levels the learning playing field for children experiencing disadvantage through an impactful, sustainable and scalable approach to Arts Learning.
Independent research has demonstrated that The Song Room’s programs lift the academic performance, school attendance, social-emotional wellbeing and community involvement of Australia school children.
In working for The Song Room, you directly contribute to addressing the educational equity gap for some of Australia’s most disadvantaged young people.
