CENTRAL AUSTRALIA HEALTH SERVICE

ABORIGINAL HEALTH WORKER

ATSI Health Practitioner 3 – Remuneration Package Range $74,431 – $84,979

(comprising salary $64,325 – $73,441, superannuation, leave loading and the value of 2 weeks extra recreation leave)

Intensive Care Unit – Alice Springs Hospital

Fixed vacancy available for 2 years

 

Participate as a member of the multi –disciplinary team to ensure quality provision of health care services are delivered in a culturally safe and effective manner by being the first point of contact for Aboriginal Torres Strait Islander patients (if culturally appropriate) to support and encourage patient and family participation with appropriate outcomes of addressing their health care requirements.

Alice Springs ICU is looking for an enthusiastic applicant who is passionate about caring for and supporting Indigenous patients through the intensive care journey. Someone who values being part of a team that works together for best patient outcomes.
