About the role
Social Futures seeks a Contract Management Coordinator to join our team of contract management specialists. The coordinator will work across multiple programs to oversee the delivery, monitoring and evaluation of funding contracts and ensure subcontractor performance and compliance with related service agreements.
The coordinator plays a key role in reporting, quality and risk management, leveraging data across our portfolio of programs to provide insights and decision making to manage risk and improve services, performance and impact. Our contracts span the human services sector, with a key focus in the areas of disability, housing, youth and family supports. This is a key role to maintain and enhance Social Futures’ position as a trusted organisation working for positive social change in our communities.
